We serve
the Amarillo area and do our very best to ensure that your flowers are delivered in timely manner. We also strive to keep
them as fresh as possible. If we attempt delivery and the recipient isn't home- we will leave a door
tag to let them know we tried to deliver something and return the flowers to Ray's Flowers. We will also leave a message
on an answering machine if we have a phone number and they have an answering machine, in case they miss the door tag.
We will not leave flowers on a porch!! We are lucky enough to live in the Texas Panhandle and we all know how unpredictable
the weather can be! Flowers do not do well in wind, snow, heat, cold, rain, sleet, or sun. The possibility of any of
any of these occurring is always high with two or more of these conditions occurring on the very same day!
We would also feel very bad if someone decided they needed our flowers more than the person you sent them to!
We do ask for 24 hours notice if you would like a fresh fruit or snack basket delivered. We do not keep fruit on hand,
as flowers and fruit don't play nicely with each other, nor do we keep snacks. We will be happy to fill your request,
but please allow us the time to properly ensure the best product for our customers!
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
